Identification of objects

BioVis3D provides two complementary tools to perform the contour detection and edition: Automatic Contour Detection and Contour and Dot Set Edition. These two options are accessible from the Toolbar using

  1. Automatic Contour Detection Tool for Automatic Contour Detection
  2. Contour and Dot Set Tool for Contour and Dot Set Edition
